Terms of use

Last updated 27 August 2026. These terms are for the TripperBooking.com website. They are not a substitute for hotel house rules.

1. Accounts

You need an account to book a stay or order food. You are responsible for the email and password you use. Staff accounts are issued by Tripper; do not use a guest account to manage hotels.

2. Reservations

A booking on Tripper is a hold. Payment method is pay at hotel. We do not charge your card or M-Pesa at checkout. The hotel may decline or change a stay according to its own policy if you do not arrive or do not pay.

3. Prices

Rates are shown in Kenyan shillings (KES). The amount on your confirmation is the amount charged.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a pending or confirmed stay from your account if check-in is more than one day away. Cancelling releases the rooms. Free-cancellation labels on a room type are extra hotel terms and still apply at the property.

5. Food orders

Partner menus are sold by those restaurants. An order on Tripper is also a hold until kitchen and payment rules go live. Delivery is to the address you enter at checkout.

6. Promotions

Promo codes only apply to the hotel or room they were created for. Food-partner codes cannot be used on stays.
