Short answers for stays and food on Tripper. Hotel stays are paid online to Tripper by M-Pesa.
How do I book a stay?
Search a city, pick a hotel and room, then complete guest details. You need an account. Pay with M-Pesa when prompted — we hold the room and send a confirmation email plus a PDF you can show at the front desk.
When do I pay?
At checkout. Tripper sends an M-Pesa PIN prompt to your phone. You pay Tripper (not the hotel desk) so your stay is prepaid. Trip Fund can cover part or all of the total first.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from My bookings, if the stay is still pending or confirmed and check-in is more than one day away. Cancelling puts the rooms back on sale. Some room types also advertise free cancellation on the hotel page.
Food from partners
Order from partners in the city you are staying in. Sign in, add dishes, and place the order. Pay in cash when it arrives, or pay now with M-Pesa if you prefer.
